Hola queridos amigos y seguidores! Espero que estén pasando un grandioso día, por aqui en Villahermosa ha estado lloviendo los últimos tres días lo que es fabuloso porque asi descansamos de las altas temperaturas que usualmente soportamos aqui.

Hoy quiero compartirles una receta que he preparado y aunque nunca lo había hecho creo que me quedo muy bien en el primer intento. Como muchos de ustedes saben más que compartir la receta me encanta compartir las fotografías, ya les he dicho que soy fan de las fotos y por ende todo lo quiero fotografiar, he estado aprendiendo a través de expertos en youtube y he hecho algunos cursos online pero aún me falta mucho por aprender. Bueno sin más divagación he aquí la receta.


Hello dear friends and followers! I hope you are having a great day, here in Villahermosa it has been raining for the last three days which is fabulous because we can rest from the high temperatures we usually endure here.

Today I want to share with you a recipe that I've prepared and even though I've never done it before I think it looked great on my first attempt. As many of you know more than sharing the recipe I love to share the pictures, I already told you that I'm a fan of photos and therefore I want to photograph everything, I've been learning through experts in youtube and I've done some online courses but I still have a lot to learn. Well, without further digression here is the recipe.


Pastel De Verduras

Ingredientes para dos personas:

  • 1 Berenjena.
  • 1 Calabacín.
  • 2 Tomates pequeños o 1 grande.
  • 300 gr de Queso (Manchego o Mozarela).
  • Sal, pimienta, aceite y albahaca.

Ingredients for two people:

  • 1 eggplant.
  • 1 zucchini.
  • 2 small or 1 large tomato.
  • 300 gr of cheese (Manchego or Mozarella).
  • Salt, pepper, oil and basil.

Preparación:

Cortar todos los ingredientes en rebanadas delgadas, incluyendo el queso, luego colocar de forma alterna las rodajas de berenjena, tomate, calabacín y queso, en una bandeja refractaria pequeña hasta llenarla. Después agregar con un chorrito de aceite, espolvorear pimienta, sal y albahaca. Colocar en el horno por 35 minutos a 200ºC.

Preparation:

Cut all the ingredients in thin slices, including the cheese, then place alternately the slices of eggplant, tomato, zucchini and cheese, in a small refractory tray until filled. Then add a dash of oil, sprinkle with pepper, salt and basil. Place in the oven for 35 minutes at 200ºC.
