Hello Friends, Hope you are all well? I am also fine with your prayers and the infinite mercy of Almighty Allah. I pray that everyone will be fine in the current situation. Because the current situation is not going well at all.

The workplace has turned into a battlefield for us today. No one is benefited by working anywhere in any case. If we talk about the Steemit platform then the situation is the same here. Many of us have fallen without a place to stand.

Alhamdulillah we got booming support with the efforts of our admin @sduttaskitchen didi. I hope that her singular efforts will lead our community to a very good position. We at the Moderator Panel stand by her with our utmost.

Anyway today here I am to publish my weekly report.For the development of the community, new initiatives are constantly being taken here. I try to ensure my participation in all areas with devotion and honesty. I believe "Honesty is the best way".

What did I do this week?

• The fifth week of our Community Engagement Challenge is underway. This week the contest is going on with a wonderful topic. Every time I do verification I see some amazing content. I really enjoy reading this content.

• We are getting different information from stress to balance in this week's content. Because this week's contest topic has been well received by everyone. I myself am very excited about this topic. The motivation of each of us is very important in such matters.

• The winner of the fourth week has already been announced. A pin post announcing the winners is shared in the community. Participation in the contest last week was remarkable. So it was challenging for us to select the winner.

• The quality of posts by those who participated in the ongoing contest was very good.Since it was an engagement challenge, it was our job to find everyone's engagement. So I was able to figure out everyone's engagement using Steam Pro Tools.

• By figuring out everyone's engagement like this, it was very easy for us to select the winner. Also, I collect as much information as possible during daily verification.

• I constantly try to bring in new users to progress the community. So apart from inviting the New Commer's Committee, we try to include people we know. I was able to add two new users to the community this week.

• Always guiding everyone to post according to rules. So that the quality of their posts is much better. Moreover, new users are constantly coming, many of them seem suspicious.

• If a new user's behavior seems suspicious, we try to correct it by speaking first. And video verification is also required. He is muted if he does not correct himself after repeated warnings.

• Similarly, a user has been cleared of doubts about video verification today. His macro post raised this suspicion. Later, while talking about video verification, I realized that he had learned less about this before.

• I have a new initiative in the community that will be running every week. This is my effort to keep increasing engagement in the community. I can say that I have been very successful in this regard. Because participation is increasing every week.

• Funny contest quiz is published every week on Tuesday. Last time to participate through comments is Friday till 12 noon. Three winners are announced on Friday Hangout as per rules.

• In the contest announcement, it was announced that the three winners will be awarded two steams. I have already given everyone two steam quiz rewards from my wallet. Like every week I will appear next Tuesday with a new question.

• Another new initiative has been taken in the community. It's a weekly Friday hangout. One day of the week especially this arrangement is for everyone to spend time together.

• Where we not only exchange information with each other, but also indulge in songs, poetry and chats. Presenting such a hangout really creates a different feeling in the mind. Everyone is expected to participate spontaneously in each weekly hangout.

• The life of any community is usually the users. So everyone's participation will make our hangout a success.

• Our community has to organize hangouts in a new way from next week. Where there is a chance to win liquid steam rewards apart from other segments.
