Hello Friends,
Hope you are all well? I am also fine with your prayers and the infinite mercy of Almighty Allah. I pray that everyone will be fine in the current situation. Actually survival in present time is very challenging.

Today I have come up with a different post out of the usual post. I will publish the weekly report here on this day like every week. This week I will try to do a thorough analysis of all the work I have done.

When I publish my work in the form of a report, a realization comes to me. Then there is a constant opportunity to correct mistakes. In addition, continuity comes to my own work.

All the work I did this week.

• The sixth week of the engagement challenge is already over. We have successfully done all post verification of engagement challenges. We shared time on the moderator panel to do the verification.

• I have tried to complete the verification in a short time as per my schedule. I have shared all the information correctly for verification. And supported them by reading each post and commenting.

• Since this is an engagement challenge, it is important to share good quality posts as well as comment on other posts in the contest. That's why I recommend increasing participation by commenting on other contest posts on each post while verifying.

• And so it was very challenging for us to count the engagement while selecting the winner. I use the Steam Pro Tool to select winners correctly. The use of technology helps us select winners accurately.

• I always invite new users to increase the number of active users in the community. In that vein, I invite new Commer to the New Commer's community. I believe this is how we can slowly move forward.

• I'm running a new initiative to make participation interesting for everyone in our community. You have to participate in this contest by commenting with funny answers.

• The one whose answers we find more creative will have a higher chance of winning. In that sequence, last week, three interesting respondents were selected as winners.

• I have already awarded two Steam rewards to last week's winners. My congratulations to the three winners @hafizur46N, @mahir4221, @shriful12. I hope you will always be by my side and make me successful in this initiative.

• As of this week, the total active users of the community are divided under four moderators. I try to verify their posts at the right time. Moreover, I give suggestions for improving the quality of their posts.

• We always try to clear the doubts of all users. I always try to stay in that conversation and explain everything by sharing videos when needed. I have decided to discuss my team users regularly from now on.

• There are a few things that are very important to know in order to run smoothly on any platform. So we have organized one day tutorial class in a week to give a proper idea about all the subjects.

• I tried my best to clear the doubts of the users by attending the tutorial class. Class attendance this week was fairly satisfactory. In this way, if the tutorial classes are continued regularly, everyone's scope of knowledge will increase a lot.

• Discord channel is the lifeblood of any community. And here a hangout is organized once a week for everyone to come together. The hangout is scheduled every Friday at 9pm. We have provided ample opportunity here for information sharing as well as entertainment.

We will all come together to move the community forward. We share the responsibility of managing the hangouts for different episodes in phases. In fact, proper planning is very important to proceed smoothly.
