Hello Friends,
Hope you are all well? I am also fine with your prayers and the infinite mercy of Almighty Allah. I pray that everyone will be fine in the current situation. Actually survival in present time is very challenging.

To keep the community running smoothly we have certain tasks to complete. I believe our collective efforts will move community forward. I will personally publish a specific report of the work I have done this week.

Hopefully we will continue to participate in the community. I will try to take some new initiatives in the coming days to increase everyone's participation. Trying to follow up on things I did this week.

All the work I did this week.

• Looks like we're in the last week of the engagement challenge. In the last week the contest is going on with an amazing topic. Hope everyone will participate spontaneously.

• The participation in the fifth week was a significant number. In the last days I struggled to judge all the posts by checking them thoroughly. But it was great to see the participation list so long.

• However, it feels great to be able to select the winner of the deserving participants along with all of our team. It's a great feeling when I see good quality content and give it the respect it deserves.

• Every week we work with newcomers. We always monitor the newcomers community for new members. I always try for the welfare of the community.

• I always try to make a significant contribution to clear doubts of new members. I like to inform them well about those things that they don't know. We try to solve common doubts by sharing voice and if necessary video to clear doubts.

• Eeryday many participants in the Engagement Challenge share their content. We have scheduled specific time in moderator panel for verification. I also consciously verify all posts at the time allotted to me.

• From the beginning of the challenge until now I have never neglected work. Because I believe the end is good to whom all is good. That's why we all have shown success so far. Inshallah we can finish this way.

• Tutorial classes are conducted every Wednesday by @mahir4221 in our community. I try my best to be present constantly. Clear the doubts of general users as much as possible from my side. Our aim is to clear all the issues and make everyone a qualified blogger.

• Any new user actually we bring to voice to clear doubts. Anyone suspicious among them is asked to contact discord with three warnings. Even then, if they don't communicate, the suspicion is intensified, so we mute them.

• One day per week I share funny contests to increase engagement in the community. My contest post is published every Tuesday. Last time to reply through comment is 12 PM every Friday.

• I have already received a huge response to this initiative. I reward the first three funny answers with two Steams. Three winners have already been awarded this week.

• This new initiative of mine will be running every week. The spontaneous participation of all motivates us to do better. New initiatives will be taken in the coming days for the progress of the community.

• Another new initiative has been taken to make our workplace more pleasant. That's our weekly hangout. We have already received a huge response on this day.

• The announcement of rewards by our admin Didi has increased the level of happiness in the hangout. The hangout is divided into two parts, first the discussion and some talk about the development of Steemit.

• Secondly, entertainment phase In this phase, the main objective is only to have fun together for a while. Admin Didi has announced to reward the top three separately for the two episodes. Which has created a lot of interest for everyone.

• Hangouts are very important for proper functioning of the community. By organizing a hangout once a week, everyone is encouraged to work again.

• Hope we can make future hangouts more interesting. I am also participating as much as I can to clear everyone's doubts while sharing information in the hangout.
