Manpower or over population? A thought.

China and India are the two worlds populous countries of the world. India rank the second where as China is the most populated country in the world.
In my country 16%world population living in an area of 2.4%.

Now the question is that, it's a population or manpower. Different economist had argued that over populated countries can develop immediatly than the least populated one. They strongly put their voices that a child take birth with not only having it's empty stomach but also having with two energetic hands and a efficient in born power.

According to them, a country may become more and more develop with the help of its efficient manpower. If the government project its population in the effective way, it contributes to the society and nation for its development.
All the develop countries of the world can reach in the state of developmen with the help of its efficient manpower,which are highly alert and aware about the importance of the their duty and right for the nation.

We should not think population as a problem, but should think it as a positive resources of a country ,for being proper utilisation for the development of the nation. We should take the example of our most developed Asian country epicially Japan, who is reach in most developed stage without the existance of key natural resources -iron but gifted with highly educated manpower.
All economic problems of a country can be solved with effectiveness of political system. In a democracy, the representative should be an active and efficient person so that they can achieve the best target of their works. They should have patriotism for his motherland, they should have love and sympathy for the dountroden.

The government as well as pressure groups and also public should come together to make sure that manpower should be created creatively for the fulfilment of the future needs of country and societies as well as of the world.
