A Breath Of Life

A breath of fresh air is a breath of life. A relief and the elimination of discomfort.

Sometimes, you have to leave your comfort zone or your regular place in order to get relief and comfort. That makes you feel anew and energized to carry on with your tasks.

Here, I drew an African lady whose about to get relief from all the discomfort and stress she's been facing. I love the way the textures on her skin tone emerged. Pretty cool with blue.

The drawing was done with a blue ballpoint pen on a cardboard paper and I used I used cross hatching technique to create this piece.
