Dinar Brothers Royal Tea, Mirzapur
Today I am here to participate in this Contest Announcement & Winners | Steem Atlas Challenge XXXii - Pin Your Favorite Spot contest organized by @damithudaya. Here today I will review a traditional tea shop in my city.
Mirzapur city has some traditional foods, one of which is Matka Tea. I did not know about this Matka Tea for the past few years. However, while watching Facebook reels, I found this place. So I went straight to this Matka Cha adjacent to Mirzapur bypass. In the evening, its main outlet is arranged under Dutch Bangla Bank at the old bus stand in Mirzapur. Its outlet branch is also in Ghazipur. I only came to see this outlet in the city at night, so I took this picture.

However, there is a tea factory two minutes away from the city, next to the highway. This is basically the main 2nd outlet. Here, matka tea is made in a rustic way right before your eyes. Matka tea is meant to be an earthenware pot made of glass. The earthenware glass is heated, tea is made with various ingredients and sold, along with whole bread. So I took my bike and went straight to that place along the highway.
I had a cousin with me, so it was afternoon when we went. I went and saw the tea making process being completed. Tea was being heated in a huge pot that had to be heated all day. The tea was heated all day and kept on fire, and the heat was slowly applied, which gave the milk a light red color.
We went there and asked the shopkeeper how he sold the tea or what the price was. He told me 3 prizes, and I asked him to make the best tea out of them. They made a matka tea in front of my eyes, the process of which I am showing below. At the beginning, they took the milk from the milk pot and poured it into an earthen glass.

So next to it is a huge clay cup heating stove. Here the clay cup is heated directly through fire. In the picture, you can see the fire burning in the hair. I noticed that a boy mixed this whole bread with ghee and honey and then held that bread over the fire. Basically, this bread will be burned in the heat of this fire. This is a traditional food of this region that can be eaten only in the afternoon. This bread is slowly heated by inserting a knife into the bread over the fire.

There is a good arrangement for sitting inside. From here, all the ingredients are sold in the city. The outlet you saw above selling in the city is their number one outlet. The main team here is for cooking. There are many people here who just watch the tea being made and drink tea while standing. When I was standing there, I told the shopkeeper that I want to see the entire scene of making this matka tea and want to make a video. So he was very happy and asked me to make a video. Some video clips are presented below.

Basically, the tea that is made here has been recognized as a very traditional food. People from far and wide bring bloggers here to have tea. That's why I also went there, so they were very happy. It is located at the Kurni bus stand, a little ahead of Mirzapur. It takes 5-10 minutes to make any tea. So when the tea was made, the shopkeeper told us to go inside and sit down, I will serve you tea. Then the tea was served, which looked delicious, so I took a picture.
They served bread on a tray with a tissue underneath. I was very happy to see this because they maintain cleanliness. They are polite with people and present each dish beautifully. There were many other customers here. They bread looked great and there was a strange and beautiful smell coming from it. I felt like I was in the desert.
They served bread and tea in front of us in a very nice way. The matka tea looked really hot and refreshing. They served it with burning bread which gave a kind of arabic feel. I saw the matka tea with my hand and there were various ingredients like almonds, honey, dates, powdered milk, sugar and a spoon. I dipped the bread in the matka and ate it.

OUTLETS TO SELL IN THE INSIDE➡️
The shopkeeper inside is a very kind-hearted person and he treats people very well. He knows very well what kind of tea the customers like to have when. There are two other employees who always ask what kind of tea the customers want to have. The tea is made according to the customers' needs.
Everyone here was very happy to see us and treated us very well. All transactions are made in cash here. There is a good seating arrangement for women inside. Outside you can stand and experience the view of the entire tea making. There are very nice chairs and tables to sit inside. This place is best as a unique food to spend a perfect time.
