Hello friends, greetings to all. I hope you are all well and all of you have a happy life. So today I am back to participate in the excellent contest organized by this hot news community moderator @cryptoloover.

The theme of this contest is, Your Views about Support in the Engagement Challenges, I thank him very much for organizing such a beautiful contest. We are all participating in the daily engagement change. It is Steemit's ongoing contest. It is currently running for the sixth week of Season 9. So let's talk about this engagement challenge, so let's start.

^{Ques : How much votes do you receive from steemcurators in engagement contests on average?}

Speech : First of all, I thank the Steemit team, they have always supported me. So I try to participate in every engagement competition. Although it is not possible to participate in all due to time. However, I myself create quality content in the engagements I participate in. I want my post to be at the highest level, curators like my post and vote. They also vote for me. So they voted for me by looking at the quality of my posts. So the average vote for my engagement post is 25$. Which is a very happy moment for me.

^{Ques : Do you satisfied with the support that you get from team?}

Speech : I always try to create quality content and post them. Curators voted by liking my post. So I think they like my posts so they support me too. So I am quite satisfied with the number of votes I get. I think I get the votes I deserve as per my post. I am grateful to the Steemit team for this. Because if I don't post a good quality then I will not vote and support me so much. So I am very pleased to get this amount of votes.

Speech : When I was new to the Steemit platform I started by writing my name, my country and date on a notebook page in the introduction phase. So then one of my brothers helped me a lot. Gave me proper guidelines then. I thank him.

Currently I post regularly on Steemit, can create quality content, know how to use Markdown properly. So my advice to newbies, make your posts in such a way that people can easily read and understand your posts. Put Markdown in your posts correctly, don't plagiarize your posts, power up regularly. Stay active and engaged with everyone on Steemit. Regularly vote and comment on everyone's posts so new ones come to the curators' eyes.

Speech : I am forever grateful to the Steemit team. They are always working hard for us. We look forward to their regular support and updates. They always give us the right guidelines. All Steemit team members like Sc01 and Sc02 regularly monitor and vote on our posts. All steemians in the world are moving forward with their support.

If we improve our post quality, they vote for us. They solve our financial problems, we accept their support. So they have to follow the rules too. I'm short so I don't have any advice. But all I can say is request to steemit team to keep all their activities active as they are and support us. So that's my advice.
