A wise teacher once gave a message, that this life is really only contains lessons that must be digested by our healthy mind and not with our ego and interests. Whoever is unable to take a lesson from this life then his life will always be filled with problems and troubled by problems.
And given the wise message of him, I so often reflect on every incident and take the lesson learned. To be able to live better and not always overwhelmed with problems.
Like, for example, recently in the media we often see the debate for debate, then I reflect and from what reflections are the lessons of those who like to argue?
And finally I can take a valuable lesson from a debate.
People who are arguing often claim to be in discussion, whereas obviously the difference between the two, the discussion is to find a better solution and build a win-win solution, while arguing is for the purpose of impinging on each other.
And the Discussion is more like a person who is Learning while arguing it is closer to ARMING.
