Today an employee from my previous company asked for my advise. You see she felt demoralized when one of the managers accosted here in public and threatened to dock her 13th month pay.

Sorry I was being sarcastic to myself because I no longer work there but get so many inquiries that I function like a consultant for them.
Yet I love the people and have always looked out for them when beyond work.
I am happy that people still respect my opinion and come to me for advice because I built my reputation there are as being fair and emphatic.
Same here, I do occasionally get some calls from my former officemates asking something about computers.
I now know why you want to "bill" your former employer.
