Ingredients
4 pieces of china tofu
1 piece of imported carrots
1 egg
50 g of cheese (I'm 75g)
to taste fine pepper
to taste salt, powdered broth
layer materials👇
to taste flour
to taste panir flour
Step
Blender smooth tofu, eggs, cheese, carrots after finely remove and pour in the container, give salt, pepper and powdered broth to stir well and taste test
Heat the steamer, cover the lid with a cloth, pour the batter in a heat-resistant container of the klu bs which is square, flatten it over, steam the dough until cooked for 30 minutes
Once cooked let it cool then remove it from the container and cut it according to taste
Dissolve the wheat flour with water, medium density and then dip the dough sdh cut into flour, flour to panir flour, do to hbs, fried in hot oil smpe yellow gold or bs stored in the refrigerator 😊
