Hi Everyone. .

Mother's cooking is certainly very delicious, before marriage I often eat mother's cooking from morning or evening especially every day at that time. me and four of my brothers and sisters ate together we really wanted our mother's cooking, considering that time was certainly very beautiful we were just waiting for the food to be prepared by Mami on the dining table, how lucky we are to have a mama like this.
But now it's a little different than before five years before we separated from parents because I had to choose my life partner as the nickname of a good wife, of course everyone has a better path of independent life. Cooking for yourself for the family, and eating food without waiting for food to come, has changed a lot after marriage.

Today my mother gave her cooking again to me for breakfast because I didn't have time to make breakfast, this food does look very simple. But to do the steps to form it is very difficult and a lot of spices are spent on this object. Because this was made by my mother so I can only give simple details. However, in my village, of course, the city of Aceh, this food is very easy to find, some people sell this food or trade it on the street as breakfast. This food is very easy to find with name lontong Sayur.

Lontong is made of rice which is rolled in banana leaf and boiled for a long time according to my estimation 5-6 Hours in boiling water, very long, my mother also said that before. when the rice becomes very dense but not hard I say, when it is eaten it is more delicious and crunchy. Rice has also become our staple food whenever we feel hungry, rice is stronger to withstand hunger than other foods and snacks that are not made from rice.

Not only pieces of rice, in this menu there are also a few additions of other cooking ingredients as a flavoring inside lontong Sayur and natural spices that have been served, the spices encourage the rice to be more pronounced when tasted in the mouth. The flavoring only makes it taste a little salty and a little spicy, that's why we say the additional ingredients are mostly stir-fried tauco and a few pieces of tempeh to make it even more delicious and also Aceh noodles which are separated from this simple breakfast menu.

That's why most people say that this food is sayur lontong, besides being mixed with vegetables, the name lontong makes it easier for us when we look for this food on the street. This food is certainly very delicious, more delicious as imagined with a little gravy absorbed from the vegetables that are mixed when eaten.
