Solving Quadratic Equations by Completing the Square - 1
In this lesson I will solve a simple quadratic equation by completing its square. I will do it in steps so that students can see and understand the steps needed to solve the equation. Following is a solved example;
I will solve multiple quadratic equations by stepping up the difficulty level each time. If students only learn these solved examples, they become very smart in solving quadratic equations and overall solving of all types of equations.

just use the equation : x=(-b+-sqrt(b^2-4ac)) / 2a
Thanks for your feedback @justyy; but students are often asked to solve quadratic equations without using the formula. Also the above formula is derived by completing the square of ax² + bx + c = 0.
