Teria que estudar os prontuários para saber como utilizavam, hoje em dia não utiliza-se mais esses fármacos.
Não sei também qual concentração era. O Elixir Paregórico é um farmaco comum de ser utilizado no Brasil para fins gastrointestinais, também é uma tintura de ópio.
Provavelmente deviam utilizar essas tinturas como sedativos.
Quem sabe no futuro irão estranhar os fármacos utilizados hoje...
