Delicious Vegetable Khichuri Recipe || Cooking with my own hands || 19-02-21 ||
Assalamu Alaikum
Today I will share with you the recipe for cooking delicious vegetable khichuri. I hope you like it. You can make it yourself by trying it at home.
INGREDIENTS-
- Polao rice - ½ kg
- Cumin paste - ½ teaspoon
- Ginger paste - ½ teaspoon
- Dried chilli paste - ½ teaspoon
- Garam Mashala - ½ teaspoon
- Chopped onion - ½ cup
- Green pepper - 4 numbers
- Garlic - 1 number
- Salt - As needed
- Turmeric powder- 1 teaspoon
- Hot spice powder - ½ teaspoon
- Coriander powder - ½ teaspoon
- Cumin powder- 1 teaspoon
- 1 cup of soybean oil
VEGETABLE INGREDIENTS-
- Beans - 50 grams
- Cabbage - 50 grams
- Cauliflower - 50 grams
- Papaya - 25 grams
- Peas - 25 grams
- Carrot pieces ½ cup
- Gourd - 25 grams
METHOD-
Step : 01
First, fry the onion, green chillies and garlic in oil in a pan.
Step : 02
After frying for a while, when the onion pieces become soft, add cumin seeds-1/2, adabata-1/2, dried chillies, bata-1/2 salt, turmeric powder with a spoon. You have to fry like this for a while.
Step : 03
When it is a little fried, you have to add the vegetables. The vegetables should be fried for a while. Then the taste of khichuri will increase many times.
Step : 04
Fry with pre-washed rice. If the rice is fried then the rice will not stick to the skin.
Step : 05
Now I give twice the water of rice. Cover with water and cook for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, when the water is dry, take the khichuri down.
Then serve in a bowl.
