My Application to become a Utopian-io Moderator
Hello steemians, this is my application to be a moderator of utopian-io.
About Me
My name is Masum. Mim is my nick name and I like to use it everywhere. I am from Bangladesh, its a very small country in South Asia. Native language: Bengali.
I am a student of English Literature, studying in a college under National University.
Its been about 8 months since i joined steemit. I found out about steemit through a video of jerrybanfield. I tried bringing more people in the community.
How I found utopian
At the beginning i used to share my arts and illustrations. Then a friend informed me about utopian and i used my illustrator skills to contribute to open source projects.
Its been more than three months since i have been contributing to utopian.
My areas of contribution have been
- Graphic
- Translation
I have been a discord manager for the past month and helping contributors with their problems.
Now I want to become a moderator in the Graphic and Translation (Bengali) category.
- For these two categories are receiving very high amount of contributions.
- For i have knowledge about graphic design and i have fluency in both english and bengali. I received proofreader status in a project that i was working on.
- I think i can handle these two category because i have been contributing and i don't have a single contribution that was rejected except for the very first one.( i didn't understand everything by then) So i understand the rules.
