Drawing the same boot from a different angle, showing the process step by step- object drawing
Hello everyone, in my last post i showed you a drawing of a boot.
But because i wasn't careful i couldn't draw the whole of it in the page. I am sure some of had no idea what that sketch was of.
Anyway, today i drew that again. This time i was careful so i was able to draw all of it, and you can simply understand exactly what this sketch is.
I took some pictures to show the process of drawing.
I drew this right by the side of that other drawing from the other day.
First as usual i drew the basic outlines
Then i drew the outlines in some more detail
Drawing materials:
normal white art paper
2b, 4b, 6b, 10b wooden pencil
graphite powder that i made smashing some of those pencils
cotton buds and paper napkin as blending tools
I tried a new method for shading today.
normally i use the pencil directly and for the darker area i keep using the pencil in the same area.
that is time consuming
so i used the powder, i simply took some powder on the cotton bud and used it on the paper.
it was faster and better to blend so better smooth.
So, this was my today's art.

Really great study on armor @masummim50! I love seeing the process of the drawing. Thanks for sharing.
thank you
You're good at shading! I think I'll also try and use the powder sometime. Shading with the pencil isn't always the best option unless you have really good shading pencils. Sometimes the dark aren't dark enough and the light may be too hard and difficult to blend. :(
i hope u find this way of shading more comfortable and easy.... 😊
