In all honestly i have only just been one year after quitting smoking, i have been smoking for close to 30 years. For me i just stopped and that was it, however it is not always that easy for people to stop smoking, we need to take into consideration the psychological effects of addiction.

Self-determination is the only way for anyone to stop smoking . Ones your mind is made up, just stop!
