A long term investment is always wise or a combination of long and short.
It indeed is hard to invest if there isn't much money but if the will is there it's possible. There's no need to invest in hundreds if thousands of dollars a few per month can do the trick as well.
If it comes to investing one has to be prepared of losing everything! So never take a loan or invest with borrowed money.
There was a period I was more active and I did never bet on one horse. Did each investment benefit me? No, but the total income of all did and that's enough.
FOMO is the worst. The investments are sold tok early, bought is too late or chances are missed because of keep waiting for a dip.
