Carbonara risotto rice!!!
Delicious and tasty rice!!!
It cooks with bacaon and parmigano cheese.
1- cut onion (70gr)and gralic( 3 pieces).
2- cook them with olive oil.
3- add bacon(200 gr), a cook for two minutes.
4- add milk cream (200ml) and remove other 2 minutes.
5- add chiken broth (700ml),peapper ,nutmeg and salt.
6- add rice 300gr and remove during 15 minutes.
7- finally add parmigano cheese ( grated)40gr .
Mmmm delicuious rice!! Ñamy ñamy!!
