RAFTING AVENTURA EXTREMA EN BARINAS-VENEZUELA /RAFTING IN BARINAS-VENEZUELA EXTREME ADVENTURE

Hola amigos!!!

Como les conté en mi ultimo post de mi viaje en Ecuador.

En mis viajes de kitesurfing me encuentro en lugares donde puedes practicar otro tipo de deportes y en algunos momentos te encuentras con deportes que nunca te imaginarias podrías hacer, combinando el entrenamiento físico adrenalina y diversión en un mismo momento.

En unas de mis aventuras de kitesurfing viaje con 2 amigos turistas de Rusia.
Viajamos en Carro desde Isla de Margarita en Venezuela hasta Colombia.

En el largo recorrido pudimos hacer diferentes paradas antes de llegar a la frontera Venezuela-Colombia.
Unas de las paradas fue en el estado Barinas un lugar maravilloso con paisajes increíble llenos de full naturaleza.

Durante el viaje nos recomendaron hacer Rafting en los ríos de Barinas.
Dicen Barinas tiene los ríos ( Acequia y Siniguis )muy bueno para la practica y aprendizaje de este deporte el Rafting.

Ninguno de los 3 teníamos experiencia pero nos encontramos con una escuela con profesores increíbles y súper profesionales que nos guiaron y ayudaron en todo momento .

Tuvimos dos días de excursión el primer día fue practica y introducción en un rió rápido donde estuvimos alrededor de 1:30 rió abajo con rápidos pequeños y no muy fuerte, pero el segundo día si fueron como 3 horas en un rió mas rápidos en bajadas un poco mas extremas.

El Rafting es un deporte en equipo y debíamos remar con coordinación en la Balsa remamos 4 personas, y un guía va en la parte trasera indicándonos que hacer, al principio fue complicado pero al final lo logramos.

Fue demasiado divertido y con mucha adrenalina dos veces me salí de la balsa, pero rápida y profesionalmente fui rescatada por todos los compañeros en pocos minutos.
Después de 3 horas remando el cansancio físico se sentía, pero al final valió la pena.

Hello friends!!

I told you in my last post of my trip in Ecuador.

In my trips of kitesurfing I find myself in places where you can practice other types of sports and in some moments you find sports that you never imagined you could do, combining adrenaline,physical training and fun at the same time.

In one of my adventures kitesurfing trip with 2 friends tourists from Russia.
We traveled in Car from Isla de Margarita in Venezuela to Colombia.

In the long route we were able to make different stops before arriving at the Venezuela-Colombia border.
One of the stops was in state Barinas a wonderful place with incredible landscapes full of nature.

During the trip we were recommended to do Rafting in the rivers of Barinas.
They say Barinas has the rivers (Acequia and Siniguis) very good for the practice and learning of this sport the Rafting.

None of the 3 had experience but we found a school with incredible teachers and super professionals who guided and helped us at all times.

We had two days of excursion the first day it was practice and introduction in a fast river where we were around 1:30 hours it laughed down with small rapids and not very strong, but the second day if they were like 3 hours in a faster rapids little more extreme.

Rafting is a sport as a team and we had to paddle with coordination in the canopy paddle 4 people, and a guide goes in the back indicating what to do, at first it was complicated but in the end we did it.

It was too much fun and with lots of adrenaline I got off the raft twice, but quickly and professionally I was rescued by all the team in a few minutes.
After 3 hours paddling the physical tiredness felt, but in the end it was worth it.
