Hallucination- share your experience

It was scary and life threatening, because my grandma always say if you have a bad dream where you crying and wake up with tears still at your cheek, got to be careful because something bad is coming.
So through out that day I was paranoid every little thing that happens my heart beat will rise. Coming back from the market the bus driver packed to get something.
I felt as if the bus was moving on its own feeling I
was going to die, started screaming for the driver to come back by the time I realized what was happening to me, most of the passenger in the bus was laughing thinking is my first time in entering a bus, some sympathizing with me.
Hallucinating is scary to me and embarrassing because when it stops you keep asking your self if you OK or what just happened to me.
