Lotek Typical Sundanese foof

in #indonesia9 years ago

Lotek and karedok are typical Sundanese food which is also similar to Jakarta's gado-gado. But if based on the look and materials of manufacture, lotek more likely similar to pecel typical Java.

In Sunda, lotek becomes a favorite food for many people. If you are again in West Java, do not forget the food that also uses a variety of these vegetables.

Lotek itself uses vegetables that are not much different from gado-gado, such as kale, cauliflower, and bean sprouts.

Vegetables that have been chopped will be doused with peanut sauce added with boiled potatoes that have been pounded and kencur so that makes it become more unique.

Lotek usually served with lontong pieces and shrimp crackers complementary menu.
