This unique Jogja food sounds unique. Kipo, what is it? Kipo is a food that comes from Kotagede, one of the areas still in the city of Yogyakarta. Kipo commonly eaten by the people of Jogja as a snack or a snack with a cup of hot drinks. Kipo is made from the main ingredient of glutinous rice flour which is given a natural green dye from pandan leaves. The shape of the kipo is oval.
