The Diary Game 😍 {12: 05: 2024} || Monthly Checkup due to Pregnancy

Hi I Am Maryam Nadeem from #pakistan. Come once again to share my Daily Diary with you guys. My health is very bad due to pregnancy, I find it difficult to prepare a post but still I don't get support😭. So I hope you guys will like my diary this time. So lets start.

First of all, I woke up from sleep. Here in Lahore, many people were sick due to the heat intensity for many days, but there has been a good wind for two days, due to which the heat intensity is decreasing and my health is also decreasing. I was not feeling well for a few days, so I thought that I must visit the doctor.

So after that I picked up the children and changed the children's clothes etc. and made breakfast for them. Or we order from outside but I prepared breakfast for the kids at home.

I didn't feel like having breakfast at all due to the heat and my heart was very nervous, so I thought of making myself some fresh pineapple juice that I made at home, which is also from the doctor. As per the instructions I am drinking so I prepared only juice for breakfast and drank that and it filled me up a bit.

Then I finished the household chores and after finishing the work sent my husband to work. When they had left for their job, I have put the cartoons on the LCD for childrens. Children are very annoying in the hospital that's why I only took my daughter along because she is older and she understands things so I took her with me.

As the hospital was very busy, I first checked my blood pressure and my weight and then they wrote me the token number, which I waited for.Because first of all it is necessary to check blood pressure and weight so that the doctor can check easily.

After about 10 to 15 minutes of waiting I got my turn. After checking up with the doctor, he did my ultrasound and gave me a lot of instructions because I was getting very sick due to my weakness, which is why he told me to continue the iron and calcium medicine etc.

The doctor was very nice, she spoke so lovingly and explained everything very well. I told her that I am very sick and I also have a lot of pain in my head. She said that by doing more mental work. You have a headache like if I put a post etc. in the steemit, due to my weakness, the headache is there and the blood pressure is also high, which is very harmful for me.

After getting my check-up done, when I came out, many patients were discharged. In the first picture, you can see that the doctor has prescribed me a lot of medicines etc. which I have to use in this condition and because of Daibities I have also been told to abstain. Because in this condition we already get baby sugar and if I already have diabetes then my sugar is very high which can harm the baby that's why she was told to avoid sweets.

In the second picture, you can see how many certificates the doctor has received, among his achievements, I was very happy when I saw this. Many people help people and cure people through their success. I think that first of all, Allah saves our lives and Allah has placed a doctor in this world who is our source.
