The oldest gymnast

The oldest gymnast in the world recognized eighty-six-year-old Joanna Kaas. This elderly woman, has never been a professional athlete, and gymnastics she does for the sake of pleasure and in order to maintain good health.

Joanna Kaas was born in Germany on November 20, 1925 and today she regularly takes part in Amateur gymnastics competitions, held annually in Saxony, and also arranges demonstrations during various events. For example, at the recently held in Germany world Cup competitions in gymnastics, during the pause formed between the performance of athletes, CAAS made an arbitrary program. This made a huge splash among the audience, who at the end of the elderly gymnast applauded standing.
