Opel Meriva

Opel is still at the forefront of the struggle to preserve the green planet. After restyling, the compact van was equipped with a line of power units that meet the Euro-6 standards.

But among the petrol versions of the Opel Meriva 2014 there is room for choice: three engines with the same volume of 1.4 liters give power 100, 120 and 140 horsepower. For the two "senior" motors offered as a mechanical transmission and a modern six-speed automatic.

But buyers in this segment appreciate not only what is hidden under the hood. The main advantages of the new Opel Meriva are the possibilities of interior transformation, its flexibility and ergonomics. In the Arsenal of the model there is a transformation system FlexSpace, allowing to move and fold the rear seats in parts, and the proprietary know-how FlexDoors, through which the doors open at 84 degrees, which greatly facilitates the landing and disembarkation. Not to mention the integrated FlexFix bike mount in the rear bumper.

In terms of convenience, the German compact van is definitely on top. Incidentally, in 2010 the Opel Meriva has been recognized by independent experts of the medical Association of the AGR for their excellent ergonomics of the cabin and the shape of the chairs to sit in which is great for the back. Not a car, but a mobile home.
