On the roof of the "funnel" in this compartment was used a special film that retains the desired amount of heat and moisture in the room. In one of the blocks of the aquarium behind the glass is a place for breeding pearls. Mollusks need a natural environment and fresh air. So a roof over them in a special way open.

Copenhagen Oceanarium is not just an Oceanarium, but also a scientific center, a place of rest and informative entertainments.
