State of the Sndbox Competition Entry: POPULIS

This work I created to follow the contest initiated by @sndbox. This digital-based work I titled "Populis". This I mean as the existence of @sndbox in the already popular steemit.

Making this work a bit difficult in considering the idea that comes up when the line starts to appear. But I do happily.
