At Kite Beach in Dubai you will find peace and relaxation when you are far enough away from the construction sites. At the beginning of October, we were almost the only people on the beach, except for the 3 staff who kept the beach showers clean. Overlooking the Burj al Arab, the sunset can be enjoyed there. Kite Beach stretches for about 3 km and is equipped with a beautiful path where you can explore the beach on foot. If the temperatures in the winter months are not too warm, then the way is ideal for jogging. Currently, however, is built next to the Burj Al Arab and an artificial island heaped up, on the new hotel complexes and a water park arise. Dubai's specialty is artificial coastal extension. On Google Maps you get a very good impression of how much land was already won.

Am Kite Beach von Dubai findet man Ruhe und Entspannung, wenn man weit genug von den Baustellen entfernt ist. Anfang Oktober waren wir fast die einzigen Menschen am diesen Strandbereich, ausgenommen von den 3 Mitarbeitern, die die Strandduschen sauber gehalten haben. Mit Blick auf das Burj al Arab kann dort der Sonnenuntergang genossen werden. Kite Beach erstreckt sich auf einer Länge von ca. 3 km und ist mit einen wunderschönen Weg ausgestattet, auf dem man zu Fuß den Strand erkunden kann. Wenn die Temperaturen in den Wintermonaten nicht zu warm sind, dann eignet sich der Weg hervorragend zum joggen. Zur Zeit wird neben dem Burj al Arab allerdings gebaut und eine künstliche Insel aufgeschüttet, auf der neue Hotelkomplexe und ein Wasserpark entstehen. Dubais Spezialgebiet ist die künstliche Küstenerweiterung. Auf Google Maps bekommt man sehr gut einen Eindruck, wieviel Land schon dazu gewonnen wurde.
