The most troubling excuse we use to help us to procrastination:

" I do not know where to begin?" how can we deal with this excuse?

We often find ourselves frozen and do not know what to do when we confronted with a difficult task. The best thing to do is to move in any direction, fast.
When the task is difficult, you will need all the time given to you to complete it. There is no sense in wasting valuable time by allowing yourself to be overwhelemed by the complexity of the task.

• The key here is to stop the fear of whole to stop you from engaging in the parts.
• When some thing seems difficult, simply break it down.
• Breaking your task in to shorter periods allow you to move out of the frame of mind.
