But the statistics don't lie. Check out how sex sells in advertising and how its sometimes important to think before we click. Let our primal desires lower to a less sexually driven desire, potentially false fuelling us into purchasing this we probably don't need.

Right now in the USA sex selling is not allowed. That's why prices are so high, just like drugs. Make it legal and fair competition will lower the prices. The sale industry of sex regulated like gun industry will also provide more customers and more convenience for users, and more income for businesses, and a lot of boost to economy of the country.
I think the poster was probably talking about advertising for products rather than the supply and demand for literal whores. I do believe prostitution should be legalised as customers and workers would be safer and better off.
