When we talk about fitness there are a lot of theories goes around over internet. We hardly try to understand the fact what actually goes wrong. One of the many facts is that our life has become way more stressful than ever. And we neglect to understand that a few lifestyle changes would make a big difference.

We all know the importance of workout, haven’t we? We need to put some little efforts like exercising, eating right and remaining active would go a long way in staying healthy. The simple trick behind healthy living is to stay motivated and make short-term goals to achieve fit & healthy lifestyle steadily. The secret is in every little thing we do in a day routine such as take stairs instead of elevators, stop junk eating – keep deep fried food at bay never look at them and drink lots of water – whenever there is a hunger strikes take a glass of water to check if it is a false signal.YOGA A WAY OF LIFE

We all must learn this fact that Yoga is not merely an exercise, it is all beyond that. Yoga has a potential to balance body, mind and soul. Yoga is a holistic approach to live stress free life. A weekly routine of yoga and meditation may strengthen thinking skills and makes body strong and flexible. Keeping a regime of 15 minutes Yoga would be a great approach for overall health of mind and body. Early morning yoga is always advisable but as our schedules doesn’t allow us for morning regime, take time off for Yoga at any point of time in a day will be fine too.
