I definitely read a lot about WINGS. I find it a good project that will facilitate the creation of new DAO's.
It might well be included in your portfolio as it has lots of potential. It did not make it to my top 10 in this portfolio as I tried to get a mix suitable for the long run and did not wanted to include more than 10.
But it has potential and if you are keen on it, its a project you should invest in.
