Bugs on "attachment and Send button "

I recently just noticed 2 bugs now on the utopian chatnow section

1. the attachment doesn't work
I was trying to send some attachment
But its not just working,

2. the send button disappears anytime i am typing and later re appears when i stop the key bad,
Also same thing on landscape mode
Its not stable also

The send key can not be found in the above pictures,
Its definitely a bug.
