THE TIGER CRABS

SAUTE the ginger and garlic
Add the Crabs and SOYSAUCE

Next let it simmer for 1mins and cover

THEN removed those CRABS from the wok
and For the SAUCE you can add sugar or chilli
if you want to have an spicy flavor
Then put the crabs and saute it white the sauce
