Make exercise a habit
Many of us trick ourselves into exercising in the morning by putting our exercise clothes right next to our bed so that we trip over them when we wake up. Before we even wake up, we find ourselves pulling our exercise clothes and running shoes and starting off around. Before we even know what was happened, we are halfway to our exercise routine. Our heart rate is up, our lungs are puffing away, and our feelings is good. Make it a habit, perform a morning run and other forms of morning exercise.

The people who engaged in exercise first day in the morning have been shown to be brighter, more creative, and more intelligent throughout the day. They actually score higher on examination and they seem to come up with more ideas to help them do their work better during the course of the day.

When we exercise as soon as we wake up, our metabolic rate kick into higher gear. As a result, our body continues to burn calories all day long. We continue to lose weight for several hours after exercising. After exercising we were hungry, however because our body working in a healthier way we will have a natural appetite for healthy foods.

Making exercise a habit makes us always happy and smiling. This is because of the effects of exercise thats kick in after twenty to thirty minutes our brains release endorphins and we feel exhilarated.
