littering

I am very concerned about the low awareness of people not to throw garbage carelessly (enviously if people are hard to see garbage), and whether our government has not found an effective way to cope with this waste, whereas we can adopt positive things that done in countries that are clean (free of waste)
we can learn from Japan for example that implement waste disposal schedule and the distribution of waste by type. or the imposition of a fine system is not cheap. but it must be really socialized to the public, because sometimes messages through sophisticated social media is not affordable by urban communities, hopefully there is enlightenment :)
