Imaginative Photography #49 Ghost Statue

I was out on St Armands Circle in Sarasota, Florida taking some pictures, when I noticed this statue.  It was night time and I thought how can I make this into something other than just a picture of a statue?  I started experimenting with different types of shots and I came up with this one.  It took me a while to figure this one out.  It was hard to see the finished product I had in mind, because I was going to invert the picture, which I did.  So, you can see everything that was black in the picture, because is was night time, in now white.  I think this made the statue look a little like a ghost. What do you think?

As you can see the exposure time was 5 seconds. That gave me time to make the lines.
