How to fix knee pain with simple exercises

Hello again with another one very useful tip!

How to fix the knee pain? If you have problems with your knees, than you know how this could be a drag preventing you from your workout and just putting you down. Often times knee pain isn't really problem in the actual knee.

I'm also having problems with my knees when i tried to do some of the stances in my karate training, and the pain after that is just like someone is breaking down your knees and tearing them apart. So I was thinking that the problem is with my excessive weight and relatively short height, and that was putting enormous pressure in my knees, but actually that is not a case.

If someone can lift some pretty serious weight , which means that they have pretty strong legs, their knees would still be hurting.

And why is this happening. The most common causes are flat feet, and weak hips. It can go either way. I have both of them. This can cause some serious pains, not just in your knees, but also in your back.

because weight is not redistribute properly.

if you do this two simple exercises, you won't be having this problems anymore. Your lower back won't hurt, and your knees won't hurt, and your performance will boost up.

So basically, just strengthening your hips in the exercise shown in the video, and try to stand on the outside side of your feet and you are good to go.
