SHENZHEN TRAVEL DIARY Blog: FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS #2

Hi there everyone. I am Emily from Hong Kong! Following my previous Shenzhen travel diary, here is the sparkly colourful night event, the 2016 Festival of Lights (2016梦幻灯光节) that I visited, which was ongoing during the time I was in Shenzhen!

My weekend trip to Shenzhen was very spontaneous and I didn’t have much time to look into things to do, so what I did was do a quick Weibo check! Which was how I found out about this festival held in the Mission Hills Sports and Eco Park. The park itself was not large and not a highly maintained park, but the colourful lights on display were great!
