Showcase April Initiative: Urban Exploration: Abandoned Factory

This is my contribution to the Showcase April Initiative started by @anomadsoul.

The below post is another urban exploration post of mine. I found out about an abandoned factory in another municipality not too far from where I live. I had very recently bought my first DSLR but I had some idea of composition and editing because I had been practicing with my phone camera for about nine months before making this post. This post was originally posted in October 2018.

Urban explorers go to abandoned places to explore and photograph them. It is essential to the urban explorer's code to never harm the object of exploration in any way. It can be summed up as "take photographs only, leave footprints only". Neither is it customary to advertise the the location of the objects of exploration. Respect is key. Here are a few photographs of a place I was at the other day.
