Night Shots In Tampere
I drove up to Tampere on Friday and came back with the cat on Saturday.
Pispala shot tower. Until the shot factory was closed, small diameter shot balls were made by dropping droplets of molten led from the tower. The tower hasn't been used for many decades. It is, in fact, in poor condition.

Näsinneula observation tower. The best restaurant in the city is up in the tower on the second floor. The tower is 168 meters tall.
Mustalahti boat harbour. The image was taken at about 11 pm.
Neat night shots! Very interesting how they dropped balls from the tower!! Not very high tech, is it? LOL!
No, it very high tech. But that's how the did it back in the day. Apparently, it was a cost effective way to get high quality results.
