Harbour Shots At Night

These images are well worth looking at in the largest possible size. The tripod was the my single best purchase of the year so far. It's an inexpensive Chinese tripod but works perfectly adequately. It's very easy to carry around in my backpack where I also keep my camera.

The harbour is still frozen over but the ice is far too weak to walk on. The fun starts after the ice melts. There will be reflections to make the images more interesting.

At this point, the battery on my camera died. The camera worked but it displayed a message saying that the shutter had been deactivated on account of low power.
