Miracle fruit (scientific name: synsepalum dulcificum) this fruit was native in west africa.
this fruit has a mild sweet taste and has a low sugar content, but its not the taste of this fruit matters, the reason why this fruit called miracle fruit is because when you eat this, it gives your tounge an amazing effect, causes acidic and sour taste foods like Lemons and lime taste sweet so you can eat lemmons like eating an apple and you can also drink a vinegar like drinking a juice.

HEALTH BENEFITS

Weight loss: each miracle fruit contains only one calories and you can remove sugar from sweet recipes like cakes, by removing sugar in your food you can avoid gaining weight.

Diabetes: miracle fruit can also improves your insulin sensitivity aside from removing sugar.

Antioxidants: miracle fruit also has a good antioxidants properties and it can also help your body to kill free radicals.
