Chapter 1: Seeing things Unseen

I will be having a series of blogs about having not just leadership but SUCCESSFUL LEADERSHIP. This blog was inspired by the book of Ptr. Cesar Castellanos of Bogotta, Columbia.

CHAPTER 1

Seeing things Unseen - Vision

Vision correlates leadership. Successful leadership cannot be established without a clear vision. God’s principle in establishing the vision here on earth is that He chooses a man whom He would set out instructions in establishing the vision. But first, we need to understand that we have a God of plan and of design. He is a divine being with a creative capacity to design. And we, as His son, also have the same capacity to be creative.

We also need to understand the importance of the things in our mind. Our mindset will drive us to where will our life’s direction be. So, if our mind has been conquered by Satan, then he can enslave us totally. But if the vision is being implanted in our minds, we will be in track of the will of God in our lives.
But in order that we may fulfill the vision of God in us, we need to fight small battles and experience small victories. These small things will cause us to achieve big. And with these, we can achieve those visions that the Lord had allowed us to clearly see.
Right thinking comes right talking. If vision is being implanted in our mind, our confession will then come next. Our confession is an important aspect, as we set our atmosphere towards the vision. When the Lord allowed Ezekiel to see the dry bones, He told Him to prophesy. Same is true with our lives. When the Lord had given us Vision, but times that the physical does not agree, we need to have the power of confession. Our declaration is our faith that God is able. We need to see the things our naked eye cannot see. That's Faith!

Being captive by the vision, we also need to be a reproducer of the vision. Being said in Ephesians 3:20, “Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us”. As we reproduce the vision, this verse will now be at work in us.
