Picture from a Project being worked on atm. Crab and rhubarb. Daniel Humm an obvious inspiration for this dish. Relatively simple preperation until we made some changes to the gel sheet. Shellfish and rhubarb will always be a favorite flavor combination for me.IMG_0557.JPG
