When I look at people I like to imagine that every one is like a diamond. Each in its uniqueness has a color, shape, special feature, strength in a larger quantity or not. And life, people, experiences, experiences, disappointments and tough moments carve us with tact, we smear in a jewel with several facets. And the more complexities we face, the more light it can shine through us.

But often in life, people perceive us in the face of a single facet and catalog us as such. But we are not just, but rather different.

That's why it seems to me essential that in our interactions, in related friendships and unbounded love ... some for a while, others for a lifetime ... to open up in search and see the whole diamond and not to believe it is Just a facet.

It is not an easy task because, through each polished side, the light reflects differently. And sometimes such lights emphasize the elements that bother us, miss us, scratch us, scream at us. Maybe all the more, then it is the right time to unleash the acceptance and love of the other ... in all its complexity, with qualities and defects, with minuses and pluses, with good and bad.

We will want to return to our familiar locus from that person and enjoy the illusory comfort that it will not change. But time and life turn us and the only certainty is change. So, I better embrace it from the beginning.
