"VANILLA FOAM CAKE TOPPED WITH FONDANT."
INGREDIENTES:
500g of wheat flour (leader)
500g of sugar
250ml of milk
7 eggs at room temperature
3 cups corn oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 tablespoon lemon zest
PREPARACIÓN:
In a bowl, beat the oil with the sugar until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and then add the egg yolks one by one to one of the mixture and set aside.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites until they are about to snow and set aside.
Next we take the bowl that we had reserved with the oil, sugar and egg yolks, and we add to the mixture the flour sifted with the baking powder together with the milk, vanilla and grated lemon zest and finally we add the egg whites that we had reserved for the preparation, mix everything well and take it to the oven at 180°C or (350°F) for a few minutes.
