INGREDIENTES:

4 large potatoes
300g of ricotta cheese or cream cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
300g Ham of your choice
2 tablespoon margarine
salt and pepper to taste

PREPARACIÓN:

  1. Wash the potatoes well salt and pepper the potatoes and place them in a bain-marie for 35 minutes.

  2. Place the ricotta cheese or cream cheese in a bowl and add the diced ham, finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper, mix well and set aside.

  3. After the 35 minutes of boiling potatoes in a bain-marie, we proceed to fill the potatoes, with a spoon you laugh a little bit of potato from the center and the excess potato incorporated into the filling, once ready potatoes fill with the cheese ricotta and ham.

  4. Place the potatoes on a tray and sprinkle the melted margarine and a little parsley over the potatoes and bake it at 80°C or (350°C) for 20 minutes more....

This recipe serves perfectly as a garnish and with it accompany rich dishes of what you think convenient....
